Our apple and pear varieties

Variety from South Tyrol, freshly harvested and auctioned daily.

South Tyrol’s unique climate makes it possible: more than 300 days of sunshine a year, cool nights and mineral-rich soils create ideal conditions for top-quality apples and pears.

At OVS we auction only table fruit of the highest quality, from established classics such as Golden and Gala to niche products such as Elstar, Inored Story and Pinova.

Together with our contract partners we also grow exclusive club varieties such as Pink Lady, Crimson Snow and Tessa.

Each variety is harvested at the optimal point of ripeness and usually reaches our buyers within 24 hours. This is how we guarantee maximum freshness, intense flavour and long shelf life.

Discover our range: hand-picked by 350 South Tyrolean growers, fresh to auction every day.
